Exit Light Inspection & Testing
Exit signs and emergency lighting need to work when normal power is unavailable and people need a clear path out. We inspect fixtures, perform functional checks, and document visible issues.

What we inspect
We look at exit sign visibility, emergency lighting operation, fixture condition, illumination concerns, and battery-backup observations. Damaged or nonfunctional fixtures are documented for follow-up.
Common problems
Dead batteries, failed lamps, obstructed signs, damaged housings, and fixtures that do not remain illuminated during testing are common findings. Routine testing helps surface these issues before a power loss.
Clear findings
We provide practical documentation of what was observed and what needs attention. We do not perform electrical work that requires a licensed electrician; repairs outside our scope can be referred for appropriate follow-up.
